INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED TO THE RECIPE:
To make Vanilla Sponge Cake:
3 eggs
75 ml (7-8 table spoon) water
To make cocoa Sponge Cake:
3 eggs
75 ml (7-8 table spoon) water
25 ml (2-3 table spoon) oil
25 g (2-3 table spoon) cocoa
A dash of cinnamon if you wish
Mould
Clamp in cake mould with 26 cm diameter
Baking time: 30-40 minutes
Oven degree: 160-170 °C (preheated)
Baking time may vary depending on the brand and model of your oven.
1 Preparation of dough
According to your preference of vanilla or cocoa sponge cake, add the materials stated in “ingredients to be added to the recipe” section to the flour mixture you poured into whipping bowl. Whip it with mixer at low speed at first and then at high speed for 4 minutes.
2 Baking of dough
Pour the dough into an oiled tray with 26 cm-diameter which has cooking paper and oiled corners. Bake it according to the specified oven degree and baking period. Take it out of the oven and let it cool and take it out of the mould.
3 Decoration
Slice cooled sponge cake into 2 or 3 parts crossways, decorate the inner layers and its top with proper ingredients and serve.
